Rücksitzbank problem

Hello,

I am Danny from the Netherlands, and I have a question.
Ich sprache almost kein Deutsch, but I can read it a little bit.

My Rucksitzbank doesn't fold down anymore.
The lever goes up, and I see the cable is sitting tight, and the lever on the back goes up, but the coach looks stuck.
Do more people have this problem? If so, how can it be solved?
